Shaun Miller hit a hat-trick in today's reserve game against Wigan as the Alex ran out 5-0 winners.
Miller's hat-trick comes as Steve Holland revealed he wants to see Miller make a go of it down the wings after a poor start up front this season. Miller, who turns 21 next week, has made two starts in red this season but has more recently been restricted to warming the bench.
AJ Leitch-Smith and Colin Daniel also got on the scoresheet this afternoon whilst Stuart Tomlinson completed the game in the nets after his long term injury. New signing John Brayford managed 45 minutes before leaving the pitch with a tight hamstring.
