Maynard Marks Debut With Hat-trick

Only 24 hours after his move away from Gresty Road, Maynard marks his City debut with a hat-trick.

2.25m striker Maynard showed the City faithful what he could do in a great 4-0 win over Royal Antwerp.

Nicky showed great ability in front of goal, something that made him a fans favourite at the Alex, to grab a hat-trick of poaching goals in a 30 minute period.

Maynard started the match up front along with former Alex favourite Dele Adebola before eventually being substituted and recieving a standing ovasion.

City fans must be thinking they've got a real bargain.

all we need now is Arsenal to come in with a 10m bid at the end of the season...
