Bore Draw In Bulgaria

Crewe saw out 0-0 draw against Bulgarian opposition FC Maritsa tonight in the first pre-season game of the summer.

Steve Holland fielded a different 11 either side of half time but no break through was made. Julien Baudet, Tom Pope and Shaun Miller meanwhile all had goals disallowed.

The squad will now prepare to return back to England on Thursday before getting into the full swing of things as two separate sides are sent to Biddulph Victoria and Quorn this Tuesday evening.

The Alex also have Preston, Hull and Wrexham lined up in their pre-season preparations.

Sunday 6th July to Thursday 10th July: Bulgaria
Tuesday 15th July: Quorn and Biddulph Victoria (Away)
Tuesday 22nd July: Wrexham (Away)
Saturday 26th July: Hull City (Home)
Saturday 2nd August: Preston North End (Home)
Monday 4th August: Nantwich Town (Away)
