Carling Cup Draw Awaits

Crewe will get their first date for the 08/09 diary on Friday morning as the Carling Cup draw is made.

The draw is to be seeded (with us being unseeded, obviously) and regionalised on a north/south basis. The first round will be played the week commencing 11th August 2008.

The Alex could potentially face the likes of Derby, Wolves, Sheff Utd, Burnley and Preston. Just like the good old days.

The league fixtures are released this Monday (16th June) at 10am. We will bring you more on that later.
