Crewe Ponder Cooper Deal

Crewe could be set to offer Bournemouth's Shaun Cooper a move to Gresty Road according to reports in Dorset. 'The Daily Echo' believe the Alex are set to offer the 24 year old League One football again after Bournemouth's relegation to League Two this month.

The Portsmouth academy graduate has been with Bournemouth for three years and has made over 100 appearances in the defence and midfield for the Cherries.

Up The Cherries describe Cooper as a 'versatile player who is capable of playing virtually anywhere in defence and midfield'.

With Bournemouth's financial future still in the balance they are in no position to make concrete offers and it seems the Alex could be about to take advantage of this.
