'If It's Football, It's Vital'

The Day Of Goal Keeping Nightmares

First of all we had Ben Williams rejecting his contract and with it the news that he would be moving on in the summer, and then secondly the news that Fon Willaims has rejecting his offer of the number one shirt.

Just to add insult to injury one of our main transfer targets, Greg Fleming has snubbed the Alex to join Oldham.

Steve Holland went to watch the Scottish stopper in Gretna's last game of the season against Hearts but after the match Fleming confirmed he would be moving to League 1 rivals Oldham.

Holland told The Sentinel 'We tried to sign the Gretna keeper, but he has indicated he is going to join Oldham.'

'We've got quite a decent-sized list of keepers and we're working through it'

It is now believed the Rhys Evans is the last one of the four that Holland offered the number one shirt to, to make a decision.
